How ReAwakening handles app progress, account information, cloud backup and connected features.

About this app
ReAwakening is a real-life gamified self-improvement application offering Hunter profiles, quests, workout and training activities, progression, achievements, Guild features, optional cloud backup, notifications and in-app subscriptions.
Information you enter and store
Your Hunter name or display name, initial assessment, profile preferences, quests, workout/training entries, scores, XP, achievements, streaks and other progress are used to operate the experience. Gameplay information is primarily stored locally on your device. Information you choose to share through a Hunter card or other device sharing feature is shared through the destination you select.
Google sign-in and account identifiers
When you choose features that use a Google account, Google sign-in may provide an account identifier and basic profile information such as a display name. For authenticated shared services, the backend validates your Google identity token and stores an account-specific identifier and display name to associate your use of those features. Google authentication is governed by Google's privacy terms.
Guilds and shared features
If you use Guilds, the Cloudflare-hosted service processes your authenticated account identifier, Guild membership and Guild-related activity needed to create or join a Guild, control membership and show shared Guild information. Information intentionally made visible in Guilds may be seen by other Guild participants. These server features are distinct from your locally stored personal gameplay record.
Google Drive backup
If you choose to back up or restore progress, the app uses your authorized Google account to store app backup information in Google Drive's application data space, where supported. Drive backup is optional. Google processes that information under its own policies. You can manage Google Drive app data and account permissions through your Google account and related controls.
Subscriptions and purchase verification
Google Play processes in-app purchases and payment transactions. RevenueCat is used to process purchase status and subscription entitlements (such as ReAwakening Pass), including restoration and validation. The developer does not need to receive your full payment card information to provide paid access. Relevant purchase or entitlement identifiers and status may be exchanged with the subscription service and, when needed, checked by the app backend.
Push notifications
If notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging and the shared backend may process a device push notification token to deliver app-related notifications. You may control notification permissions using your device settings. Device tokens can change or become invalid over time.
Technical information and service operations
Third-party platform services and our infrastructure may handle limited technical and service information, such as app version, network metadata, request timing and service errors, needed to authenticate requests, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and operate the application. The Android platform and relevant SDK providers may process information according to their own policies.
How information is used
We use the information described above to run gameplay and shared features, save and restore progress when requested, verify purchases, send enabled notifications, maintain security, troubleshoot issues and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Service providers
Relevant providers include Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Google Play and Google Play services, Firebase Cloud Messaging, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare (for shared backend and storage). Each provider processes information within its applicable service role and terms. Additional providers will be disclosed if the app changes.
Advertising and sensitive health data
ReAwakening does not presently integrate an advertising SDK according to the app dependencies reviewed for this policy. Workout and training entries are features of a self-improvement game; this app is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service. Do not enter medical records or other highly sensitive information into free-text features unless you intend to store it on your device.
Storage and retention
Locally saved gameplay data remains on your device until you remove it through available app functions or clear app storage. Optional Drive backup data is governed by your Google Drive account and the app's backup controls. Shared-account, Guild, notification and subscription-related records may remain while needed to provide services, resolve requests, protect integrity, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Access, corrections and deletion
You can remove local information using applicable in-app controls or device storage controls, and you can manage Google Drive backup data and connected-app permissions from your Google account. To request access to, correction of or deletion of data held by the ReAwakening shared service, email mkvision333@gmail.com with the subject 'ReAwakening Privacy Request'. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete Google Drive backups or remote Guild/account records. Some records may be retained where legally required.

Security
We use measures such as authenticated access to shared account functions and HTTPS for applicable network services. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.
Children
ReAwakening is intended for a general self-improvement audience and is not specifically designed for children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise use by minors in accordance with applicable age and store requirements.
Changes
We may revise this policy when app functionality, service providers, or privacy practices change. The effective date above will be updated when significant changes are published.
